If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, just return the goods within 14-Days you received the cartridge(s) (exclude the shipping period). We will refund your original purchase price (excluding shipping charges), or we will replace your order - it's your choice. Please include a copy of your invoice if requested.

As Tonerink.net.nz may use a credit agency to check your credit details you agree and acknowledge that per the Privacy Act 1993 all personal information supplied by you may be used or held for the purpose of obtaining credit reports, character references or credit statements to assess your creditworthiness.
You agree that you will upon demand pay all of Tonerink.net.nz collection expenses, including a collection agency fees and commissions and all solicitor and legal costs in the collection of all overdue monies. Tonerink.net.nz reserves the right to charge 3% interest per month on any overdue monies.
